It's been awhile...

I sincerely apologize for not keeping up very well lately. But I'll give you an update about what's been going on with us.
In September we celebrated Bethany's second birthday and my sixteenth birthday.
Annalisa and I got to take a weekend trip down to Texas to see the Ellis', Uncle Joe, and Bethany and Gregory. We had a fabulous time!
At the beginning of October our whole family made a trip to Georgia to have an open house. Thursday evening we got to go to the Middle Georgia Christian School fundraising dinner. Saturday was the Open house and we left Saturday afternoon to come back home. We arrived back very early Sunday morning. Thank you to all those who helped with the open house and to the Ashursts for letting us stay in your home.
After Church on Sunday we went to Dad's family reunion at Troy, about thirty minutes away.
Two weekends ago our whole family got to attend the World Missions Workshop at Camp Tahkohdah in Searcy. Thankfully we got to stay in a cabin since it was very chilly at night. We got to visit with friends, meet new ones, learn more about missions, God, and opportunities. It was very encouraging and I learned alot.
And between these trips and activities we've been keeping up with things around here- school, laundry, cooking, and the Amish store and enjoying life.

Hopefully I can post some more pictures soon.

Psalm 121

"I lift my eyes up to the hills- where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip- he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD watches over you- The LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm- he will watch over your life; The LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forever more."
Psalm 121

Searcy

This past weekend Annalisa and I got to go to Searcy. We stayed with some good friends, visited with some friends that are attending Harding, and Annalisa attended a writer's conference. We had a great weekend and really enjoyed it. Here are a couple pictures.
